It is Wednesday in Hillsboro, and a busy time as school has settled in and Fall is most certainly in the air.ย  Farmer’s Market is heading down the home stretch, local high school football is in full swing, and the pumpkins are ripe in the fields around town.ย  Maybe you, like me, are happy to see Summer and the leaves beginning to put on their annual show.ย  What a time it is in the beautiful Tualatin Valley, the place we all call home.

One of the things we have a growing abundance of here is events.ย  The more diverse the valley has become, the more colorful the tapestry of humanity and culture has become, too.ย  For most organizations that work to bring art into our community, the work is what matters.ย  Being creative to engage the people of Hillsboro and the surrounding communities is what it takes to survive and continue the passionate work.ย  The Hillsboro Herald always supports the arts.ย  One of the things we can do is amplify the hardworking people who bring unique offerings to our collective world.

HART THEATRE and BAG&BAGGAGE Productions Host Great Events!

This weekend, you can support two amazing organizations by attending their Events.ย  And not just any events, but a live Fashion Show and a Wine-themed fundraiser.ย  HART Theatre and Bag&Baggage Productions bring world-class live theatre to Hillsboro and Washington County.ย  Both need support to make their Fall shows successful and to strengthen their organization during these challenging times.ย  We want YOU to jump into Fall and attend these fantastic events. One is Saturday and One is Sunday~ so check them out and make your weekend a great one!
