Today, I want to send a big shoutout to a newer group in Washington County that is having a significant impact to help those in our community who are struggling during these challenging times. They are one of many groups working every day to feed people, but as a newer group, I have watched their work and want to support their efforts. I am talking about Hillsboro Mutual Aid Network, or H.U.M.A.N., which is the name the group goes by. This weekend, a Food Drive is going on that they really need help with, and it is an easy one to get involved with, with drop-off at the Grocery Outlet at 185th Avenue. More to follow on H.U.M.A.N. soon, but for today, if you can help or are interested in seeing Santa, here are the two offerings they have this weekend!
