About the Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan
The Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan(External link) is our shared vision and action plan for Hillsboro’s future.
The actions in the Plan are based on input from thousands of community members (just like you!) and become real projects supported by dozens of local organizations who help move them forward. The Plan is updated every five years to keep it relevant and current to our growing and changing community.

Hillsboro government is not truly interested in what the people of Hillsboro want.
Just weeks ago they were trying to do a land grab with Gov. Kotek.
They NEVER asked the people of Hillsboro what THEY wanted.
Governor Kotek chose not to attend the public hearing.
Kotek pulled out after the massive backlash.
Then Oregon lost the CHIPS money for research anyway.
Oregon Legislature passed Senate Bill 4, a controversial bill that gives Governor Kotek the ability to override local land use ordinances and designate certain lands to be brought within urban growth boundaries for specified industrial uses. 373 acres of rich farmland into Hillsboro’s urban growth boundary as part of an application for a semiconductor research site.

Yup.
