Tobias Treasures Holiday Craft Fair – Vendor Sign-Up
The 2024 Tobias Treasures Holiday Craft Fair is a one-day event to celebrate the community of Hillsboro during the holidays and to support the “Shop Local” holiday shopping season.

Saturday, November 16th
8:00 – 9:00 Vendor Setup
9:00 – 4:00 General Admission
4:00 – 5:00 Vendor Breakdown
🏷️ General Vendor Booth – $40 🏷️
Booth size is roughly 8′ wide by 6′ deep.
One (1) 6-foot display table and up to two (2) chairs are included with each booth.
Vendors will need to provide their own table coverings.
Vendors are welcome to share their table with a friend, family member, etc.
*If sharing, only one of you needs to fill out the application and submit payment.
🏫 Student Booths Available 🏫
Do you have a crafty child who currently attends an elementary school in the Hillsboro School District? We will have booths reserved for students to sell their home-made crafts! Sign them up for a 1-hour time block for free!
🎟️ Silent Auction 🎟️
The PTO will be hosting a silent auction to raise money for the PTO! Vendors who donate an item (or items) from their inventory with a retail value of $10 or more will receive a $10 food voucher that can be used at the PTO concession stand. We thank you for any support!
