Analyst Explains Why Intel (INTC) Will Be a ‘Multibagger’ Stock – ‘No One’s Paying Attention’

Notice the use of the word ‘Multibagger’ after we feature two stories without a man and industry insider ‘Bagger Vance’- coded language indeed.

Breaking NEWS

September 29, 2025 — Early Morning Edition

Learning to see The Field when it comes to Intel is no easy task- luckily, I have a tech source who used to wear a Blue Suit, whom I call Bagger Vance. And he has been a great teacher, seeing it all play out…

What Happened Sunday Night

It has been a busy weekend here in Hillsboro, Oregon.  In addition to Oregon Football (Go Ducks), preparing for the Fall, and community work, I received a tip from my pal and partner in covering Intel (INTC) , Bagger Vance.  “Hold The Presses”, he said – yes, we were about to release another groundbreaking story on Team Blue!  Bagger sees the field, you see- very little escapes his 1000-mile stare that sees nothing, and everything in the tech world. Here is the breaking news as the words flow from my keyboard at 11:29 PM Pacific Standard Time.

On Sunday, several well-known tech analysts reported on social media that they had toured Intel’s (INTC) Fab 52 in Chandler, Arizona, a site dedicated to the company’s 18A process technology. Posts from analysts, including Ben Bajarin, Austin Lyons, and Anshel Sag , confirmed that they entered cleanrooms under strict NDAs. Comments indicate they were required to leave devices behind, underscoring the sensitivity of what was shown.

These tours fit the pattern of Intel’s annual Tech Tour — a recurring event where analysts and journalists are brought under NDA to tour fabs, receive roadmap briefings, and prepare for coordinated announcements. What makes this one unusual is its timing: just days after Nvidia’s $5 billion investment in Intel, amid rumors of Apple and TSMC considering stakes, and just ahead of the CamLine Forum USA 2025. Analysts openly identifying “Fab 52 (18A)” adds further intrigue.

The camLine Forum USA 2025, scheduled for October 10 at Intel’s Chandler campus, brings together semiconductor manufacturing leaders to discuss MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), digital continuity, and data-driven fab workflows (camLine Forum USA 2025). The analyst tours suggest Intel may be preparing an announcement or demonstration tied to both the Tech Tour and the upcoming forum — potentially timed for early Monday as markets open.

  • What It Could Mean

Events like this — NDA tours into highly restricted fabs — typically precede embargoed announcements about:

    • 18A manufacturing milestones (e.g., high-volume production start, yield improvements, or first-customer wafers).
    • Foundry customer updates (Microsoft, or potentially another hyperscaler).
    • Capital or partnership news, especially given the backdrop of Nvidia’s $5B investment earlier this month and rumors of Apple and TSMC considering stakes in Intel.
    • Updates on High-NA EUV integration, which Intel has already said is underway with two tools in production.

Got to see Intel’s Ocotillo facility and Fab 52 with Intel’s 18A node!

Can’t say anything about it, but the facility is really interesting. The rest of this week at Intel Tech Tour will be fun! pic.twitter.com/7ruQU5eYwS

Tying Back to The Gambit

Six months ago, we published The Hillsboro Oregon Gambit, which argued that Intel’s 18A node, developed in Hillsboro, could be a game-changer powered by ASML’s High-NA EUV and anchored by major cloud customers. The NDA tours in Chandler give fresh urgency to that narrative.

Our in-depth follow-up to The Gambit — which explores 18A, High-NA, outside capital, and the future of Intel Ohio — is nearly ready. But given Sunday’s unexpected developments, we are holding it until the facts are public.

Why Hillsboro Readers Should Care

While the spotlight is on Chandler, Oregon remains at the center of Intel’s strategy. Ronler Acres in Hillsboro is where High-NA EUV is being integrated, where 18A was born, and where Intel’s R&D defines the roadmap. Whatever comes out of Chandler this week, it started here.

Timeline Sidebar

  • May 2025 — The Hillsboro Oregon Gambit published, predicting 18A + High-NA as Intel’s comeback move.
  • Sept 28, 2025 — Analysts tour Intel Fab 52 in Chandler under NDA as part of Intel Tech Tour.
  • Oct 10, 2025 — camLine Forum USA to be held at Intel Chandler, expected to showcase manufacturing advances.
  • Next Up ——

Bottom Line

This year’s Intel Tech Tour may carry far more weight than usual. Something big is happening at Intel Chandler, and the world will know more by the time Wall Street opens. Whether it’s a manufacturing milestone, a customer reveal, or a new wave of capital, the implications will ripple all the way back to Hillsboro.

Stay tuned — our in-depth analysis will be published once the news is official.

Full Disclosure: I am not officially in tech in any way.  I own no stock.  I do not have any family members who work for the company.  I have been highly critical of the company’s environmental and community commitments.  My hometown of Hillsboro rolled over from an agrarian town to a tech valley when Intel arrived, and that has bothered me for decades.  Nowadays, I want them and my community to thrive- the world can be an awfully tough place.  My goal in writing these stories is to report what I see, hear, and research. I do not want Intel to be the next Tektronix or Hewlett-Packard.  We all need them back in the game and back on the top shelf.

It is 12:14 AM as I sign off. Bagger is off on the course, reading the break on a nasty Par 4, and I have been out of the clubhouse for hours and will retire soon, leaving it for all your real experts to hack this up.  It might be a fun morning on Wall Street.  Get the coffee on early, boys and girls-
