This winter storm has created some real issues, and the freezing rain is moving in today.  We may lose more trees, and then powerlines go, leaving many without heat.  Most of us figure we can soldier on and bundle up.  However, a warm and safe place is a very important option for many.  Washington County released a statement about where people can get warm, rest, and charge their devices as needed.  For those in need, we will report this in a quick post this morning
