AFTER THE FIRE: Rustic Renditions Hosts Big Sale

Last year we celebrated the opening of a new business on Main Street.  The Herald was the first to welcome Rustic Renditions and its owner Jasandra Byrd and we covered it in our story last year. The Weils fire on January 2nd forced Byrd from her store when her space took a direct hit from smoke damage and other complications.  Her store is loaded with home decor items of all sorts, hundreds of items that had to be moved immediately after the fire.  This weekend those items could be yours for deep discounts.

From 9 AM to 6 PM this Saturday and Sunday you can take a drive out to the country just North of Hillsboro for the big sale.  The address is  20484 NW Murphy Road.  Like all businesses affected by the fire, RR is needing sales.  We continue to stress that the best and most meaningful way to help is to shop or eat etc at the individual stores and shops.

Casandra is a special person and so are her creations.  I have one, a 6 foot wide rustic wooden sign with the words F A M I L Y emblazoned on it.  It is a great thing to help someone in need and this is your chance folks.

After The Fire is a progressive series looking at what has happened to businesses and people once the flames went out on Main Street.
