Any homeowner with a Hillsboro or Cornelius address is eligible to participate. Just request a bid between March 1 and April 30 – your solar installation can be completed any time through Dec. 31, 2024.

If I knew for certain what was going to happen in north Hillsboro I would be interested in this opportunity. But, since we are left in limbo not knowing I better not do anything.

I was very interested in this and good timing, as I am about ready to seriously look into Solar, as I have a new roof now. I looked into this, ready to sign up, but saw there are only the two contractors that you can work with for this (why only two?). It wasn’t ones I was leaning towards already, so decided against it. Plus the bonus wasn’t all that much.

Good to know! I think this is why a lot of people don’t find as much value in these packages.

There are many more contractors. I’m guessing those two partnered to give the local presentations, but here is the whole list from Oregon solar+storage as approved partners to get the incentives.

There may be more that work with eto in your area. You can search that here.
